5 starsHaving hired a few electrically companies over the past 20 years, I can confidently say that Totally Electric was the best experience I have had. Their staff are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, approachable and safe workers. They took the time to answer all my questions both during the initial site visit, before the quote, after the quote, during work on site. The assigned electrician went over and above in answering all my questions before commencement of the job. He took time out of his busy schedule to respond to emails, texts and calls. We had a couple of minor issues after the work was completed. However, Totally Electric was very responsive to the minor complaint and with sending the electrician out again to address those issues. The ladies at the office were also very pleasing and exhibited good customer service throughout, from provision of the quote to scheduling and commencement to completion of work. September 22/23 About +/- 2 years ago, Totally Electric established all of the necessary connections and wiring from our new generator, to the transfer switch and from there to the main power panel. The system has functioned without any problems. More recently, they did some in-house repairs and added the last available circuit from the transfer switch/main power panel. Totally Electric electricians are polite and waste no time in completing their work. Recommended.

Just a great experience working with Totally Electric. They come when they say, do what they say—plus a little more. Jeremy went the extra mile in explaining the nature of old wiring so I have a better understanding of some of my house’s quirks.
