    I contacted CRC containers and *****(*****) told me to look at the containers at Armour transport in Burnside,I made arrangements with Armour transport ,picked the container i wanted ,called *****,he gave me the banking info i needed to do a money transfer .This was August 1st ,told him i needed to prepare my site and he told me to give him a couple of days notice for delivery called him on September 1st and we agreed to have it delivered on September 6th because of the holiday,waited all day for delivery ,no container .Called probably 100 times since left voice mails,no response ,sent e-mails ,no response,sent texts,no response,made a report to the RCMP,they have got no response so far after leaving a voice mail and sending e-mails ,this guy should not be operating a business,I checked Armour transport on September 12th and my container that i paid for was still there at least ,the money i paid included the container,delivery and taxes

    I met with ***** ******** on August 24, 2023 to view a shipping container at *** ********* **** ********* **. I agreed to buy a new 20’ container for $7,561.25 including delivery. I transferred the money to CRC Containers Resellers on September 5,2023 by etransfer. ***** promptly went silent there after. I have had much difficulty reaching him since the transfer of the funds. I did manage to contact him on Friday, September 8 and he advised that the container would be delivered today. I tried to confirm that with him on Monday and again this morning. He does not respond to call, texts or emails. I have not heard from the transfer company that he said would deliver the container. I also called the business located at *** ********* **** and asked if ***** had contacted them to deliver the container. They said he had not. They also said they had heard from others that ***** has gone silent for lengthy periods and that he use to work for them 5 years ago. They were not surprised to hear my story. I am now out over $7000 and I am unable to contact ***** or anyone to get the container. From my experience, I do not see how this company can be endorsed by the BBB.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    As of today September 29,2023 no container has been delivered.  ***** ******** has been in contact today. He confirmed the container would be delivered today, so I drove 2 hours to the delivery sight and waited all day.  This is the second date for delivery that has been missed.   

    i called the business that was supposed to deliver the container to confirm with them (Atlantic Tiltload limited). They informed me that they were ready to deliver, but could not as ***** had not provided the necessary paperwork to demonstrate his ownership of the container in question.  

    When I raise this with Chris, he, for the first time mentioned that his supplier had failed to send the paperwork and that he could not reach them to get that paperwork, but was trying to contact them.  A few hours later ***** informed me that his supplier in California had just woken-up and was sick.  Several minutes later ***** informed me that his supplier was en route to hospital and not sending the paperwork. 

    At this point I do not believe a word ***** says.  He has said he will start sending me a refund tomorrow by etransfer.  He said he could not send it all today as he only had $400 of his $3000 transfer limit left.  He owes me $7600.  I let him know that the etransfer limit can be increased by visiting a bank and asking for it to be increased.   He did not seem interested in doing so.   

    So I sit here again without either my cash or my container.  ***** has had my money since September 5, 2023. 

    I will be satisfied if all the funds are returned by end of day Monday, October 2.

    He is repurchasing and paying on delivery. 
    I am in direct contact with him daily. I will ask him to send a message that it has been resolved later Wednesday.

    The matter has been resolved but only after the business was told I’d be reporting them for ***** and *****.    Had I not fought to get my money and my container it would not have happened.  There are similar accounts set out on your web page.  How many times does ***** ******** get to treat people poorly.  He should not be endorsed by BBB.   If you would like any further info, please let me know.  I would be more than happy to assist.

    A friend told me about the ***** and that he have bought a container from him before. I have spoken with him and agree to a price, I gived him a deposit and waited to get the invoice (it was a long weekend and he was away). It been over a week now. I have tryed to contact him on all the available contact info without having an answer. I've ask for a refund but still nothing. Took my money and gosted me. Very poor business practice.the more you look into him the more complaints you find for him scaming people. Now I just want my money back, and will take my business elsewhere.

    A storage container was purchased from CRC Container Sales, ***** ********, President...hereinafter called the seller/*****... but not delivered on the agreed upon date. I have not had any communication from CRC/***** since payment was made. Several attempts were made to contact him since May 4, 2023 History: I set up an appointment with the seller on April 11th, 2023 at, where the sellers storage containers are kept. ***** showed me his inventory of containers and I picked a 20' dark blue standard container. ***** sent an invoice #191966 and necessary paperwork for the delivery of the container. condition of payment in full was required before the container would be delivered. The invoice #191966 was paid in full, $5405.00 on April 15, 2023 and a delivery date set for May 4th,2023. I called ***** the morning of delivery to confirm delivery time but received no response and waited all day at the delivery site, but the the container was not delivered. No contact from seller/*****. I made 15 attempts to contact ***** over the next 4 days by phone leaving messages, texting, messenger, but he never responded to any of my attempts, I went to the CRC address at 1583 Hollis Street, Halifax. The address is in fact, a luxury residential apartment building, there are no businesses at this location. I confirmed ***** was physically in the building, requested a meeting by telephone message, but he did not meet with me. I revisited the place of purchase, I H Mathers, 165 Burbridge Ave, Dartmouth and it appears the container I purchased is no longer there. I had made a request for a full refund of $5404.00 via telephone message and text and email, To date, May 9th, 2023 I have not had any response from ***** or CRC. I contacted the Halifax police department to discuss my options and I have started the process of filing a civil suit.

    Marcel I hope you can accept my apologies. It was very bad timing that resulted in poor business practices on my part. 

    On the 14th Tanya and I and 20 family members from around the world left for Dominican Republic for ******* and my wedding. On the date of your purchase we were very frantically busy. Then for the days down there it was just as crazy. I had intended to continue working down there as I do on all trips. But in this case it proved impossible. Then upon returning there were health issues. I really only started back last Friday. 

    Anyway. Not excuses. Just an explanation. 

    And one last thing Marcel, please can you contact the police once you have received the cheque. There was no intent to defraud you.

    April 11th 2023, I meet with ***** the owner of the company (CRC Container Resellers Co. Ltd) and looked at shipping containers they had for sale at two locations in Burnside, Dartmouth, NS. At the second location I picked out a shipping container that I liked and we agreed on a price and it was mutual and including shipping to my address. I got him to follow me to the local Financial bank that I use which was also in Burnside. I then went into the bank and got a certified check for $6612.50 which was for a 40ft high cube high ceiling used shipping container at Armour Transport location in Burnside and also included shipping to my address in Moser River. He emailed my some information he needed to send an invoice and receipt to but I only received the email as he was still in front of me at the bank and he left with the certified check and I never heard from him again. I called for the last 2 weeks multiple times a day, emails daily, tried calling from other phone numbers and even messaging him from ******** posts as that's how I originally seen his advertising and stated on the ad that he wasn't a scammer and was registered with the BBB. He seemed legit but I guess that doesn't matter these days. I would still like to get the container I paid for or even a response back but I didn't receive nothing. Hopefully you guys can reach out to the owner ***** ******** and we can deal with this once and for all.

    This was the receipt I got when I went to the bank for a certified check. Crc container Resellers Ltd, ***** Cornwell who I was dealing with and to my knowledge the owner and operator of the business told me the price which I made out to and to his company as seen in the pictures. I handed him the certified check and wrote on his copy my address for shipping purposes. This price of $6612.50 was for the shipping Container and the delivery to my address in Moser River.
