    I had signed up for a membership at Fit4less at the *** ******** *** ******** ** *** *** location in August, 2021. I only made it to the gym one single time before rupturing my achilles tendon - requiring surgery - and being immobilized completely for many months. In late October, I attempted to get in touch to cancel the membership with Fit4less via email at '**************************' with no reply whatsoever. In November, 2021 I called, spoke with staff at the location, explained the situation and cancelled the membership over the phone as I physically couldn't leave my house. I have never been to the location, and have not used any of it's services except for that one time in August, 2021. I noticed in early November, 2022 that the membership was never cancelled, and there have been direct withdrawals out of my bank account which just say "pre-authorized withdrawal" the entire time up to present. They are almost the exact same amount as an insurance withdrawal I have so I hadn't noticed them. To present, since calling and cancelling the membership in early November, 2021, there have been 26 withdrawals from my bank account, each in the amount of $13.79, totaling $358.54. I called the location on Nov 21st, 2022 and explained the situation and was given the manager's email to contact at '******************************'. I sent an email explaining the situation and requesting immediate cancellation and refund, however I was denied as they claim they have no record of cancellation. Further, they will not cancel the membership immediately, they will only cancel it 30 days in the future, so they are going to withdraw 2 more payments of $13.79. This is entirely unacceptable and a full refund of all charges since the initial cancellation (Nov '21) should be given.
