    Monday, September 24th
    A cleaning appointment was booked with a cleaning company called Capital Care Cleaner.
    A $50 deposit was paid at the time of booking.
    The purpose was to clean a completely empty, clean, and new apartment in preparation for moving in.
    From the time the person in charge arrived until they left, they worked for two and a half hours (documented with photos).
    I requested cleaning the bathroom, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove.
    Upon receiving the apartment, $300 + tax was paid.
    The total was $345, and I paid $350.
    Upon inspecting the apartment, it was found that none of the washer, refrigerator, or stove had been cleaned, and none of those tasks had been completed.
    When I asked him to refund the $50 deposit, he completely refused and claimed the amount was $400. When I asked him for proof, he completely refused. I also asked for a detailed invoice, which he also refused. He sent me an electronic invoice with an amount I don't understand why (evidence in photos). He insulted me and spoke very inappropriately, and it greatly affected me psychologically. Even though I'm sick and recovering from a previous surgery, I was forced to redo the cleaning and work on it myself.

    Everything was resolved amicably & had mutual friends resolve this issue, Out of my kind heart i ended up refunding her $100, 2x what she initially asked for & what i was planning & offered her to do from the beginning but refused, Anyways, this whole situation was a misunderstanding but all parties are now satisfied as per her messages
