    Not a professional business, could be a scam. I contacted this company via ******** (they do not have a website) to do some landscaping work in my property.
    My original appointment was at 2.30 pm on 19th April. A person from this company called me at 12 noon on that day and said he was coming 45 minutes earlier (1.45 pm). He didn’t even ask about my availability. I was at an Easter family gathering but agreed with him because I wanted to get the quote on that day. Then I left the family gathering to be at home, and when I was on my way, he called again to cancel the appointment! He said, “It’s pouring here”. He said he could not get the measurements in this weather. When I asked him to cancel, and I did not want a rebook, he asked me to get some pictures, and he could do a quote. If he cannot do accurate measures in rainy weather, how would he do it just by looking at pictures?? I guess he just didn’t want to come. I got home by 1.30 pm, and it wasn’t a single raindrop (I took a vide with a date and time stamp as an evidence). He just didn’t even apologize for rescheduling or canceling. I would be totally fine if he did it for fair reasons, but, it was just ignorant and unprofessional. When I said I will complain this to the business, he now has blocked me from their ******** business site. I do not have anywhere else to complain.
    Please take any action you ca to protect customers from these scammers.
