    Everything was moved and in our new home ahead of schedule in two days instead of three, all in perfect condition. Highly recommended!!

    We've been waiting for 4 months now to hear from this company about our damage claim and so far nothing. I'm beginning to believe that they're lying when they told us that our belongings would be insured. The move caused us much anxiety as most of our things were not protected properly and they ran out of paper and boxes. They started to put breakables in our suitcases unwrapped! I had to go down into the condo lobby to get flyers for wrapping. Our artwork was wrapped in blankets as they had no picture boxes or TV boxes. We were asked to go out and buy some boxes wherever we could find some. Unacceptable. Never in my life had I seen such terrible packing and wrapping furniture in plastic wrap without protecting the legs of the furniture as well. One of the guys took an Ikea box that is normally used to store photos in and cut it up to fit over a lamp base. He taped it all up but was smashed to bits once I found it. We have been moved by the military alot and everything was excellent. I believe that we were over charged as well. Towards the end of the day I was getting really bad vibes from this company. Once we started to unpack we noticed several boxes were almost empty. What a waste! These movers aren't properly trained at all. My husband was able to take pictures of the inside of the truck when it arrived to our new place and our stuff was just thrown inside. Also took pictures of our damaged things and terrible packing job and sent them to the company. Haven't heard anything from them and I guess it's a lost cause. I'm glad we signed a contract because they were trying to charge us extra once finished. The guy called the office and the lady on the phone confirmed the price that we were quoted in the beginning. Very suspicious. Hopefully with enough negative complaints this place will be put out of business. My husband gave them a bad rating and the owner took it down from **. The site only shows great ratings. Maddening to say the least.

    We used this service on May 18th, 2022. They guys were incredible! Very quick and professional and took great care of our furniture. I am so pleased with the way things went. No damage and no over billing. I highly recommend them!
