    Hello,

I visited your salon once again but once again it left a bad taste in my mouth the staff was extremely rude to me and I booked an appointment for 1pm and the girl was not ready for an hour after, I showed up signed in the girl at the desk told me 10 minutes I went to a coffee came back she got me to sit down then a man came over to do my nails because I wanted “gel” nails he then said he could do them and walked away then the lady sitting next to us doing another girls nails yelled at me to get up and move else where so he could do someone else’s nails, the lady the did my nails was super nice minus how rough she was the whole time but the nails are already chipped and damaged after a week real gel doesn’t do this . And the crazy part is the girl told me $50 total when doing my nails then charged me $74 ????

This experience and quality is far near $74 dollars.

I need a refund this is outrageous at the point I tried to give this place another chance but I will never be back.

I got pink “gel” with clear tips the girl did not use a shellac regular polish was used and if you look it up there’s no such thing as “powder gel” this is false advertising
