    These people have no clue what they’re doing. A year ago they painted a ceiling in my condo and got paint all over my furniture and floor. I reaches out to the owner of the franchise, ****** **** and he ghosted me. Then *****, district manager came to look at it and did a couple of touch ups. I then contacted **** ******* who told me that he would only compensate me $2500. So far, a year later, no one has repaired the damage or compensated me.

    I can't give zero stars, but I wish I could. UFCP Painted our house in North Vancouver in summer 2021. By Spring 2022 huge flakes of paint were falling off - likely due to poor preparation. Filed a complaint in April 2022 and someone came round and asked us to supply the paint. Contacted them in August 2022 to arrange a date, and received no response at all. Called, and were told it was the 'end of the season'. April 2023 called again. Nothing. May 4 2023 they said they were following up. Nothing. Reminded them and their 'Office Manager' said she was 'reaching out to the Regional Manager'. May 12 - no response. Reminded again. No response. May 18 reminded again. No response.
    Throughout there have been no responses unless we reminded them, and now it sits with them doing nothing, and our house looking terrible, and with large patches (average size approx. 30cm x 15cm) continuing to lift and fall off. Would NEVER EVER use recommend this company to anyone. Poor workmanship and terrible customer service.
