In 22' I agreed to have my 03' Jetta listed as collateral for the $300 loan i was approved of. In 25', two days ago, i went in to tap into my $800 credit line and the girl listed the car that i pulled up in as collateral without talking to me about it. It was not on any paperwork or the receipt. She never mentioned it to me. I didn't think anything suspiciously, when she asked me what year my ******** was. I replied which one then she pointed at it because of the big windows, and I told her. The only reason I found out was because i downloaded the app yesterday and I still have problems with the app logging me out and not showing me all my details? (3 business days for a call back from IT so they can "fix" it, rediculous) but my 11' Mercedes not the 07', is listed as collateral and I still own my 11' Jetta.
Why would they do that? Who benefits from this? Why change the vehicle without asking? Why be shady and fraudulent?
I willingly choose the partnerships I desire if I feel its going to be a fair deal. That means I choose to deal with people with integrity but somehow its the ones who lack it the most is who i run into when it comes to most corporations. Greed, lies, and deception will never get you anywhere in the long run. Now here i am in this not okay situation let's see what happens with the response. If they will take responsibility and own up to it. If not, I will escalate it with a demand letter.

    To whom it may concern,

We searched the client's name and email in our database and there is no result. This is not a client of ours. We do not have a client/file by this name or email address.

That's fine that you pay the $5.00 fee to my bank for pulling the money early but my contract should indicate the date my loan is to be taken out of my account. To have one day noted and take it out on a completely different day is NOT O'J

The contract will specify the due date of the loan but the payments are processed on the first preceding business day to the client's direct deposit/due date. This is on the loan agreement that she signed with us so she has agreed to this and we discount her loan repayments by $5 to cover the overdraft fee her bank charges her.

We have explained how our debit works with the client and she understands now. This has been resolved directly with her.

So ive posted it on ******, *** is horrendous for customer service. She called just to yell after I was emailing her to inquire and recieve a straightforward answer. It’s embarrassing to have that kind of attitude. Avoid taking a loan and go elsewhere. Besides it’s false advertisement on their site, all they will give you is $100 so buyer beware

    To whom it may concern,

I reviewed the emails between the agent and the client. The client was provided an answer as to why we can only issue the amount she was approved for and she kept on asking the same question over and over again when an answer was already provided multiple times. As the lender, we do reserve the right to issue the loan amount based on what our agent deemed is suitable for the client at the time of the review process. We are not obligated to lend to a client or issue the amount they request on their application if they do not qualify for the amount based on their income and overall banking.
