I have explained to them numerous times that I can't pay them back yet, I have suggested a repayment date of July as I have to now pay off around $600 in NSF fees they have caused me by continuously trying to take money from the account. I have now had to have my bank freeze the account so that I can pay the NSF fees off. Now they have attempted to take money from an account that is NOT listed on the application or agreement which I definitely DID NOT give them the authorization to touch. I have also asked them now repeatedly to stop harassing me and forward my account to a 3rd party collections agency as they state directly on their website is what will happen to delinquent accounts, yet they have not done so and have instead continually try to take money from me which is only accruing further NSF fees.

    To whom it may concern,

Client has 2 separate loans with us. Both have been past overdue. We have made multiple attempts with her to make arrangement and put her on a smaller payment  to help her repay the loan back and she refuses. We will continue collecting the owing balance in house. Client can contact us back if she wants to make alternative arrangements but we cannot hold payment until July which is what she wants. These loans have been overdue since March 21 and April 4, payment needs to be made.

I am rejecting this response because:

It states clearly on their website that delinquent accounts, such as mine, will be forwarded to a 3rd party collections agency.  It's literally on the main page of their website.  I don't even care about the NSF fees at this point, as I will be requesting payment for them is I need to take legal action.  I want my account sent to collections as per their very clearly identified policy on their website.  I have once again included a screenshot directly from their website's main page stating exactly what I have just said.  They legally need to follow through on their policy and forward my account to said 3rd party collections agency or I will be forced to take legal actions against the company, as is my right.

    To whom it may concern,

We will continue collecting in house.

Client can contact us to make arrangements and she can pay the original due amount and we can put her on smaller payment plans to help her repay this.

I am rejecting this response because:

They are not complying with their own policy for delinquent accounts therefore I will be seeking legal aide to take further legal action as well as freezing my bank accounts to avoid them causing me any further NSF fees.
