He found us great tenants, managed communication with tenants, and was quick to source a plumber with reasonable repair estimates. Would 100% recommend Chris Ryan Property Management Services!
We initially found Chris Ryan through his YouTube channel, where he gives thorough video tours advertising the properties he manages. After researching companies and the market, we reached out to Chris. He was knowledgeable, easy going and professional.
Since working with Chris, he has done an excellent job managing our property, including overseeing a small renovation, advertising and finding tenants - all without issue.

I am very glad that I found Chris to manage my property. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I was worried about the process of renting my property. Chris made it so easy and found me very good tenants earlier than I expected
