    Just wanted to start out by saying we are very pleased with our decision going local with Stanton Solar. One of my neighbours down the street recommended Stanton Solar to us and after careful consideration decided to go ahead with them. Kim, Cameron, Mariela & team are very pleasant to deal with. My wife & I being newbies had all of our questions answered.
    Kim walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. The process involved 2 Canada Sustainable Housing appointments, 2 Nova Scotia power inspections, plus installation.
    You will need to fill out the Canada Greener Homes application if you're applying for an interest free loan up to $40,000 the process takes time from beginning to end and Stanton Solar did an excellent job arranging all this and as a matter of fact the day of installation was also the final Nova Scotia power inspection which resulted in us being live before the installers even left the job site. I have heard horror stories of people waiting months after installation to be live. I must say Kim Stanton insured a smooth process and we highly recommend them, you will also be supporting local. Rest assured you are in good hands with Stanton Solar .

    I decided to install solar panels to offset electricity draw by new heat-pumps that were recently installed to reduce my dependency on heating oil. I selected Stanton Solar to work on my “solar” project mostly based on great reviews I found online. Initially I was a little bit sceptical of such a uniform perfect score posted by all customers. However; having completed my solar installation with Stanton team I need to agree that these reviews must’ve been well earned. My end to end experience working with Kim and her team has been excellent. From the initial consultation and energy assessment, to assistance applying for the federal green loan, to racking and panel installation, to setting up communication component to allow me to view energy generation in iPhone app, every step in the journey was well done and professionally managed. The installation crew: Mike, Mitch, Sean, Brandon and Thomas were not only super nice guys to chat with but also on-time, hard working despite sometimes wet weather, always willing to answer questions, and overall very professional. I’m very happy with the end result and would highly recommend working with Kim and her team at Stanton Solar.

    The Stanton experience was seamless, and professional. From design with Cameron to permits, inspection, installation. They always answered the phone or retutned the call quickly. Kim was especially helpful in answering any questions or getting the answer. A great experance, great service before, during, and after installation. Installers were top notch answering any and all questions as well. Will recommend the team to anyone who is looking to go solar.

    We went with Stanton Solar mainly because of the reviews. They did a great job of explaining the system to be installed including set-up, design, installation, all permits and final inspection with NS Power. Kept us informed of what was happening throughout, whole process took about 6 months including Greener Homes Loan. Big Thanks to Kim. Also Big a shout-out to the installation crew of (TreeTop Solar) very professional.

    Working with Stanton Solar was a no brainer. From the first point of contact, they were engaged and provided all of the support we needed to make the transition to renewable energy and guide us through the rebate program. We have been very happy with our decision to work with Stanton Solar and to work with a local company who understands the needs of Nova Scotians.

    My experience with Stanton Solar was excellent. They were very responsive with my questions during the initial design. I went through the Greener Homes Loan and it was about six months between the loan approval and completion of the installation of the solar panels. They did all the paperwork with Nova Scotia Power, and they carefully arranged the schedule so that installation to final inspection took only three days. I especially appreciated their patience when there was a delay in receiving loan funding. I highly recommend.

    From start to finish the Stanton Team made the process of installing solar in our home a seamless transition. Communication with Kim/ Cameron ( at the beginning) was excellent. We were kept very informed of everything involved. The installation team Mike, Brandon and the boys were very professional and answered any questions I had. We are really happy that we went with Stanton.

    After getting a few quotes and reading reviews from others for solar panel installation we decided to go with Stanton and are so happy we did. The Stanton team were awesome. From the first contact to final payment (through the Greener Homes Loan) the team was exceptional. Kept us well informed along the way. Professional installation. Very pleased with Stanton. Highly recommend. If you are considering going Solar give Stanton a call. It’s a pretty easy and straight forward process and Stanton takes care of all the details.

    Kim and the broader team at Stanton were amazing to work with for the duration of our project. The design process was detailed and every question I asked was answered with educated responses. The level of thought into selecting the components for our system was not matched with other vendors I considered and I found that extremely comforting. The installation team members were pleasant, approachable, and explained everything they planned to complete. I am so happy we chose to use Stanton.
