    On Friday September 7 I was given a price on a triple axel boat trailer via *********..On Saturday September 8 I drove three hours to their store to put a $500 deposit down on the trailer ..When I left he said we will have it MVI on Tuesday and you can pick it up..Monday the employee messaged me and says I’m sorry I can’t sell you that trailer it belongs to a boat that is in our yard….This is a brand new trailer which the employee told me that they didn’t even know they had it in their yard..He said he found it up back in the corner so I know that it did not go with a boat in their yard…He quoted me $8,495 for the trailer on Friday and when I got there on Saturday he said I will stick to my word but I should be charging you $10,500….regular price was almost $14,000….so I believe they are lying to get out of selling my this trailer for the agreed price…And I have paperwork with the serial number for the trailer and where I paid a deposit..They have since sent me my deposit back but I still want to buy the trailer…I was assured that they would make it right but have done nothing to help me out.
