******* that should give the grid back to the province. Honestly the way they run the grid is a shame. The term minimum viable product doesn't even begin to explain the way they run this ****** grid. They need to get with the ******* times and actually use some of their ******* profits to make the infrastructure better. The NB linesmen come over and laugh at us with our ****** ******* lines. Feels like we're held hostage here, all cause some ********* in government had to **** ** ***** *******. If I could leave a 0 star review I would.

Ns power screws the customer once again with there piss pour infrastructure. A few lighting strikes in Eastern passage and the power goes out, but when the power is restored our heat pump is no longer working. when called Ns power told me to put it through my insurance. not to mention that the will cost depictable of $1000 and then a waiting period of 6 months. when I asked if the transformer in front of my house had a surge protection the Ns power guy said "yes it dose". I then said "well its broken" he told me that it was not because I have power. "so it protects its self but not the house in the area?" he told me it dose protect the houses in the area. "so mine is broken then? because it did not protect my house! from damage!" he paused and told me nothing he could do. NS power if I could switch to another company I would in a hart beat. the power has gone out more and more in our area even small wind nocks the power out and we wait hours and hours to have it restored. on old infrastructure N* *** *** **** **** ******* *** ******** ********* *** *** ** **** ****** ****** **** **** **** **** ******* ** ******** ******* ******* *** ******** ** ***** ***** ** * *** ******** **** *** ******** ****** ***** ********** ****** ********* *** *** ** ****** **** **** ***** ************ ***** **** ******* ** ***** ********* *** ******* ****** *** ***** ********* ***** ******** *** ** ****** ****** **** ******* ** ******* ******* *** ***** ******** ** ***** ***** ** ****** ******** **** **** ***** ** * *** *** **** ********* **** * ***** ******** *** *** **** * ***** on our bill. but can not protect your house from a power surge, that's on costumers dime. THANKS NS POWER.

Add a call back option to permits line instead of waiting 4 hours on hold. Change the music if contractors have to listen to your 90 second loop of elevator music for 20 hours a week. Stop calling me at 8pm and on every night. Business hours are 8-4 respect peoples time off. Respond to emails. Why have a service provider program if you're not going to allow us to be service providers during hurricanes when people need it the most. Jumping infront of one of your bucket trucks on the highway would be less painful then jumping through your hoops to try to get anything done.

So now bluenoser's will have to pay an extra 14% with ZERO added value to thier service. I find this hilarious (not really) because the next day after this announcement my power is out. But hey, at least the NS power *** got themselves a sweet little bonus last year... to the tune of $8,000,000.00. I bet they they don't pay for power either. This company will just keep sticking thier hands in thier consumers pockets deeper and deeper and there is jack any of us can do about it short of Violence, and even then.
