I contacted several door and window companies in late spring for a door replacement. Delorey & Levy stood out from the start—they were the quickest to provide a quote, offered the best price, and had the shortest installation timeframe. Steve was fantastic to work with, and thanks to favorable weather, they were able to replace the door even earlier than planned. However, what was supposed to be a straightforward installation quickly turned into a nightmare. The original contractor had done such a poor job that the entire area around the door, right down to the foundation, was rotted. The front wall of our home was essentially gone. What should have been a one-day install turned into a three-day ordeal. Steve came out immediately, was honest, and reassured us throughout the process. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Steve and the entire crew listened to our concerns and kept us informed every step of the way. They were extremely respectful of our property, leaving it in better condition than upon their arrival, despite having scaffolding set up in our gardens along the entire front of the house. The final invoice was more than fair—we were genuinely shocked. This crew went above and beyond, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We definitely made the right choice and will use them for all future projects. You can’t go wrong with Delorey & Levy.
