      2 May 2022-Window serviced by get the fog out this morning to remove slight fogging at to of window paid $451.95 3 May 2022- Email sent to gtfoservice about an object and streak that almost looks like bird poop but is between the panes in the center of the window. Appeared the day after the service making my view lot worse than the slight fogging. 4 May 2022 - Phone message left for gtfo 8:58 am. Call back from **** at 10:15am and he will have ***** schedule them in next time they are in the area. 12 May - 4:39pm ***** ****** called said she was given a note to call me about our window. I informed her photos were sent to the service email. She said she was driving and would get back to me. 13 May 2022 - Email received at 2:00 am that my issue will be reviewed with **** and **** and ***** will get back to me with an eta for a site visit. 16 May 2022 Sent a thanks for update email. 11 June 2022 - sent email follow up to see if a time has been set for visit as I have heard nothing back. 21 June 2022 - sent follow up because of no response was received. 22 June 2022 - ***** called the main number and **** said we needed to speak with ***** as he doesn't do the scheduling. Gave the direct number for *****. Left a message and call back number.  No response to call or to emails. Now when calling just get a message that there is no more room to record messages. 24 June 2022 - After several attempts to call the number for ***** and getting the mailbox is full I left a detailed message on the main number for **** asking for someone to please call me and left my cell number. Have emails and records of calls.
