Inadequate installation and manner: I have many decades managing construction projects. I contracted Lil Scoops to grade and top up a church driveway and parking lot and install a dry well. For the most part, Lil Scoops did adequate work. However, the drywell was set too deep creating a 10” deep depression in the area of the parking lot surface. This was justly unsettling for someone driving over it and it would surely create in the winter a dangerous icy slope for someone to slip on with resultant injury. Members of the church immediately informed me they were unacceptable with the situation. I communicated this to ****** expecting that he would take responsibility and correct the condition. My long experience is that things come up in construction and you deal with them so they end up right. Rather, ****** reacted by blaming the church members as being unreasonable; he took no responsibility for an unsafe condition by justifying it as normal; and only, very grudgingly, was willing to throw some shovels of gravel in the area which had little effect. Importantly, his communications with me were reactive, overbearing and hostile. He had no interest in working toward a jointly acceptable fix and refused to meet on site. His concern was only with his time and profit. There was no acknowledgement of the church lot users' concerns. I, finally, was required to hire another contractor at additional expense to correct what ****** had improperly left. When this second contractor first looked at ******** work, he remarked “That ain’t right.”

We were hired to fix the lake problem they were having at the parking lot. We installed a drywell...which has alievated that issue. We also trenched and tied in a down spout(all of which just pump water into their lot)
The depression is over exaggerated. It serves a purpose. Mr. Richard peisanger with his vast construction experience should know that we fixed the issues including the grade of driveway. The drywell is not too deep and we have a very positive reputation. I myself visited the location multiple times and tried to make my client happy. After countless calls, threats and character attacks from this great person representing a church.
I realized, he is merely one that will never be happy and likes confrontation.
I fixed, graded and raked material 2 times on seperate visits. I also have photos of completed work and they originally were happy and we were paid. These complaints came afterwards.. also...richard called me and threatened me and my buisness
...funny he dont mention that. Feel free to listen to his lies....we are a much better company than he thinks. Not to mention i spoke with richard multiple times before he took it to a different level.
