    I would like to thank Andy and his team for the wonderful job they did with my basement. They were great to work with, very professional and were there to answer any questions that came up and would come to me with solutions for any problems that arose and find the best match for what i needed. Keeping me calm throughout the whole process, being my first big renovation as a new home owner. The project was completed on time and on budget and the attention to detail and craftsmanship was great. Will definitely be using them for any future renovations

    Nothing but great things to say about Andy and his team. My project started out as a soggy basement with enormous amounts of stress. Priority One removed all the stress and exceeded my expectations and then some. There were zero surprises and as far as value goes I believe he could have charged a lot more. The craftsmanship I received is amazing, the communication was unparalleled, and the project was completed long before the expected date. There is no question I will be recommending Andy and his team to my family and friends. Thank you Andy you took was should have been a stressful situation and made it our dream basement!

    Andy's team of trades people were amazing in their work. The craftsmanship was very good and provided best options for optimal results. There were some things that we needed to spend more on to do the job correctly and there were opportunities that saved us money. I was so impressed with the work I expanded my renovation to go beyond the initial project. I was confident in his approach and explained why things needed to be done correctly. My project was a complete basement remodel from a flood. I can't see the seam in the drywall where it was cut to how well the floors and doors look after installation. I searched on the Better Business Bureau as I have been burned on Kijiji twice before that included small claims court. I was open at the start about my concerns and the team has provided me the confidence in the expertise and skill that I have excellent results. I highly recommend leveraging your renovation project with Priority One as they can do small to large jobs. The team was very professional, skillful, friendly, accommodating, resourceful, and affordable (true value of work effort and craftmanship). Not once did I feel my money was wasted as the work was non-stop while in my home.     The Bannisters are amazing to work for as they appreciate the time and skill it takes to complete a project like this while we try to help as many homeowners as we can to get their homes back to normal from the recent floods and wild fires that our communities have suffered.
