    The ATV that I bought first was constantly having issues fuel pump, electrical, timing belt. They allowed me to return it after taking it back 5 times to get it fixed within a very short period of time. Got another bike and the same thing is happening to it. Electric shift motor was gone, they replaced it and then the cv joint blew out. They having been somewhat accommodating but now they are refusing to fix it. I paid top value for these bikes and would not have expected to be running into the issues I have been this soon.

    We have been in business of selling used ATV's for over 15 years and have so many satisfied customers.  We service and check over all our machines prior to sale and warranty them for 30 days just in case we miss anything

    This customer that is asking for a full refund for a used ***** Rubicon had issues with another ATV they purchased from us and we took it back, gave them a full refund, then they purchased this Honda.  They had issues right away with the shift motor.  My main mechanic went to their house and replaced it.  The shift motor was full of dirty water, It was obvious the machine was way to deep in water and the issue was 100% the customers fault.  We still did the repair free of charge and took care of the issue

    Weeks later they complained that the CV joint broke which caused damage to exhaust as well.  They sent pictures and its beyond us how this could have happened but told the customer we couldn't quote or do anything for them without seeing the ATV.  They refused to bring it to us and asked for a full refund.  We were not going to give them a full refund a second time.  It is obvious that both cases with both of the used ATV's we sold them was operators error.. This ***** was totally inspected, serviced, greased prior to sale which we have proof of.  Even though we already lost money on both used ATV's we sold the customer we were still willing to try to help again but the customer would only settle for a full refund.  We are very fair and try hard to please all of our customers.  Unfortunately in this case the customer will not allow us to help save them money so there is nothing we can do.  We were willing to do what we could to save them money on the repair but after seeing and knowing how the ***** was used and abused a refund is not an option
