    we dropped off a weed trimmer about month ago to them to see to get tge clutch fixed and lube the head, change sparkplug. they said they were behind so it will be a couple weeks so at the 3rd week they called us saying that it was going to cost more then it was worth to fix it. we picked it up thrusday June 13th. all apart I might add and still charged us 35 for them to look at it. so looked in the box of parts they gave me and noticed that they have broke two of the three mounting spots on the head. broke the plastic collars that cover the clutch it self. we we dropped it off all it needed was a clutch and a sparkplug. so I called them this morning June 17. Jeff was the man who answered the phone this morning. he gave he alll kinds of attitude when I told him that they broke our machine knowing well when we dropped it off it wasn't broke. he basically called me a lier and I have no idea what I'm talking about. argued with me the whole entire time. he told us that it wasn't worth fixing and suggested that it would be in her best interest to buy one of their newer machines for 500bucks knowing well she was a female and she would most likely buy it. I give them a negative rating with customer service with knowing how to better deal with their mistakes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE

    It is very dissapointing to see this review as the facts are not accurate or correct.

    A trimmer, model FS90 was dropped off for service and the notes had clutch problems noted as well. We have been very busy and are working diligently on serving all our customers but the increased demand has us behind at the moment.

    Upon inspection of the FS90 it needed the following, clutch, engine block, new head, to go along with regular service items like fuel filter, air filter and spark plugs. We called the customer to let them know with labour costs it would cost more than a new machine with a 2 year warranty.

    I did receive a call from Greg stating that we broke the head with an impact gun. We do not use impact guns on trimmers and he was very angry that we charged a diagnostic fee of $35.94 which included taxes. Most shops charge at least a half hour for diagnostic fee so the charge was more than fair.

    What bothers me the most is the comment about trying to take advantage of a women. I am the proud father of two girls and my wife is one of the most brilliant hard working people I know. I have been active in the community and active on several girls teams over the past five years in our Kentville community.

    Lastly I did ask Greg to bring in the machine so the techs could go over their diagnostics and he refused so I'm not sure what else we could do.

    I hope that Greg finds this message well and I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
