      I paid 324.88$ for the service
      The business promised me that they were certified to work on a Park model trailer , I confirmed this with them prior to booking as recommended by a local RV dealer.

      They showed to work on it, we discussed 3 different options which they would get priced at the office and then get back to me to see which option was best for me. I received an invoice for the work performed expecting the estimates to be included with it but instead they wrote on the invoice "As this is a mobile home we are not permitted to install any other system or work on them."
      I reached out to management to see why they accepted work that they by their own admission they are not permitted to work on. I also asked what the gas service rate extra charge of 57.50 was for and it was explained it was overtime charge after the 1st hour. I explained that the guys were done quite quickly and then sat in my driveway for another 20 mins.
      In the end I asked for a full refund as they accepted work for a service they couldn't provide and now I have to hire someone else and incur a charge again for the same service. They refused to make things right so I'm submitting this claim.

      ****'s reporting is inaccurate.

      The discrepancies have been explained to **** in terms of his interpretation of this call as well as the explanation of our serviceable Invoice time. 

      Unfortunately, **** fails to understand the meaning of "code" "safety" and what OEM equipment means related to what he is trying to do with his trailer.  Meaning that just because **** wants something installed in his trailer doesn't mean we are allowed to do it for the reasons listed in this statement.  Specifically that doesn't mean we are unqualified or uncertified, quite the opposite.  We value our trade certifications, and intend on keeping them by ensuring were not installing things that are against code.  

      If someone could please provide me with a statement where ANY money was taken from him or where he actually paid for ANY of the service time for our technicians that would be wonderful.  It's tough to get a "refund" for something that hasn't been paid for.

      I asked for a refund before it it would appear on my bank statement and at that time you said you wouldn't give me a refund and didn't give any indication of doing so in the future . If at any point you told me you didn't and wouldn't charge me for poor service I wouldn't have gone to the Better Business Bureau. I gave you every opportunity to make this right prior to reporting you. I also asked if your people were qualified to work on my trailer prior to hiring you as recommended by the local RV dealer.
