They left things literally hanging on by the threads & NOT one thing took off was put on right.Screws and bolts are inappropriate replaced or missing. They took materials that I purchased with them upon leaving to use at further jobs and told me it was to be exchanged for materials they needed for my home. They also had me order thousands of extra dollars in materials that I did not need! They left more than 35’ of exposed house/wood at ground level and created welcoming mats for bugs and rodents to enter! Didn’t clean up debris left behind, sharp items, blade tips, other disregarded around my property. They did damage to exterior frames and new frames. Nothing truly resolved and no explanation as to why stuff was missing or gouged out.I gave them the chance to fix the problems & they caulked over them. I have over 40 short cuts in the siding itself creating water entry points. They blow through my job with very little care, not only did they show up weeks late to do the job, they only showed up part time when they did it.I have to fight to open\unlock doors as they were gauged out and installed ‘off’. I have nails and other items bulging back out from beneath the siding that have already begun to puncture through from the inside out. (These weren’t removed and the new siding was just hammered on over top) I have new siding starting to pull away an hang off 2 weeks later.I am disappointed at what they did to my home.I already paid them $12,000 which is more than $1000 per day and my home is worst off. They already left my home TWICE saying it was complete. I am out in cost because of all the extra material they had me order which wasn't needed along with supplies they took with them. My home is in need of repair and I now have cold drafts, wood exposed to the elements, and a whole bunch of eye sores and major potential for future home damage due to there negligence! My home is still incomplete! My pet was injured! I don’t trust your work as you have shown me!Customer Answer

Please note* job was NOT completed. Company took Materials I purchased. Raised price only after me being translucent, informed them about the 30 day refund policy as THEY had me order the supplies and proceeded to show up weeks late for the job.

To whom it may concern,
Regarding the first point that the slide taken off at the beginning of the job was not re-installed properly is totally our fault. This was fixed the day it was brought to our attention.
As far as the storm door that was reinstalled that we were unaware that we were going to be putting the door back on as that was not discussed. M*** (S***** husband) came out and told us that S**** asked him to come out and inform us that it needed to be put back on. screws were missing at that point so we had to improvise with another screw on the side of the door.
As for the materials that were taken with us at the End of the Job. Approximately 15' of metal and a quarter back of nails and a roll of ****** **** *****
Yes, that was taken with us in clean up. The metal was with our siding break and was packed up with the tool. We can refund the fair value cost of that metal and the nails as well.
The 1/2 roll of flex wrap was taken in exchange for a couple rolls of flashing that we had purchased. The value difference was in S***** favor.
Regarding the extra materials we told S**** to order, it was the square footage amount plus and additional 15% as industry standard. We were not made aware of the 30% restocking fee that would be applied to said materials until the job was almost done. If we had been made aware of the restocking fee we would have made sure to have the product back in time. We have offered to cover 50% of the restocking fee.
We were made aware of some outdoor deficiencies regarding some areas that were not caulked and we and some exposed areas (35' along the bottom left side of the house.) We capped that with Metal and sealed it up. As for the door S**** was on her way out the door when the repairs were being made so to get inside the house was not an option. We have requested multiple times to do another walk around the house so we can resolve any issues but no response to those requests have been received.
Both parties I believe want this resolved. Integrity Contracting is willing to have a civil conversation on this matter.
Thanks for your time

I am rejecting this response because:
People should have the ability to put trust in individuals operating a business but unfortunately this isn't always the case.We have already established that I have be made to feel very vulnerable.I was blindly led to order an over abundance of materials that was well beyond what was actually needed to complete my home. Even at the claims made after the fact, that “an additional 15% extra was added to list as industry standards”.As we all can see, ‘materials ordered’ vs ‘materials used’ does yield quite an abundance of ‘extra’ supples (over and above 15%) that wasn’t needed or required. Such materials didn’t have to be ordered in the first place if adequate measures or an accurate estimate had taken place. I trusted I was being told accurate information as one would expect from ‘Professionals’ or any company for that matter, after all it should be know what’s is needed to accurately do a job. That is what they are being hired to do!Why they feel I would need to become knowledgeable about companies return policy or make others knowledgeable about this is beyond me. As far as I am concerned, Intergrity should have been able to show up to do the job they were being hired to do, and be present when they said they would be available to do it.I trustingly order everything and had all material requested ready to go for date I was told job would be started. It is of no fault of mine that they didn't have the ability to order accurately or schedule the job accordingly. As show in multiple photos , and made aware to all parties, my home has be left in a sad state. I was repeated told by Intergrity they would clean up the debris and on several occasions had to remind them about nails/sharps around my property.Even after giving them the chance to come back and ‘clean up/finish job’ again, they still failed to do this. This providing me with dishonest communications, having injuries and harm cause to a family pet! Not to mention the potential for future injury to family and friends alike. But this seems to go hand and hand , as they also left a child’s slide hanging on by the threads of 3 screws, failing to replace the 12 others. ( if anyone had of gone down the slide they would have the potential to be severely injured). Again, I do not feel I should have had to remind them to put thing back the way they found them, especially in cases like this that hold such risk to loved ones! I believe they this shows lack of professionalism in any business. If one cares about their work ethics and not just completing a job for monetary gain but, cares about completing a job right! None of this would have occurred in the first place. Negligence was clearly shown on their part. All which could have be a very well preventable. The trip to seek veterinarian care and treatment would not have had to take place if ‘they’ kept true to their word and where diligent with their clean up and use of Magnet! It’s very unfortunate I have had to deal with this, pets and people should be able to be safe in their home and yards without having to worry about injuries! I trusted them to leave my home clean and in better condition than what they found it, not worst, after all that IS what I had hired them to do! Again, this was not completed by them.Broken off razor blades should have never had to be a concern , being adults running a business, and caring about homeowners concerns, I trusted they would know when blade tips broke off on a tool being held in hand, and clearly would have the ability to pick up, but choose not to.My questions repeated went unanswered when I questioned why my brand new door frame was gouged out and the weather stripping damaged, wrong screws placed in spots they don’t belong and other screws flat out missing or replaced in the door hinges. All doors Intergrity came in contact with have be compromised. This includes the screen door they lost screws and pieces too! They, in fact did know I wanted that screen door intact to my home. I explained to them the importance of having the ability to open my door when someone calls and not have pets go flying out. I did make them aware that the storm door was newer and had no intention on junking it. This was made aware since the beginning of all this and the first response they actually choose to respond to ( as to [1]why screws are not in the right holes provided?and [2]why is there a different chain attached to my screen door? by a screw, to a spring? where a newer piece had been just days before). But again this all goes with the flow of the incomplete job they left me with. Not one thing was put back the way it was found or replaced respectfully where it should have been.I don’t even have the ability to lock my front door safety without have to apply abundance force and weight into it. This really makes things a little difficult when entering and leaving. The workmanship shown in this is anything but professional as we can all see from the photos provided.Ever single brand new door in my home now whistles and howls in the wind as Intergrity couldn’t even be bother to make sure my doors were sealed. (just another portion of the incomplete job) The bottoms of all have been actively left wide open, leaving a whistling, welcome mat for the cold winter air to come in. I have had to put towels and blankets down at ever entrance point to try and keep drafts at bay. So disappointed and disheartening! I trusted them and I still can’t believe they didn’t bother to complete this! It was all just a simple part of the job. But again, just another part of the job left incomplete.More than half the windows in my home were never resealed ( not even chalked). My home actively takes on water every time it rains. The water which puddles, drips and streams down the inside of the siding (between siding and home) As shown in previous photos (provided to all). This will no doubt create future water damage! Short cuts were taken by the company, and in places next to my windows (along with other areas), Intergrity couldn’t even be bother to make sure their cuts into the siding strips were accurate. They left gaps and holes in areas that are suppose to be seal and we’re previously! They have left more than 40 short cuts around my home. I can see maybe one or two mis-marked cuts in measurements on the siding pieces but over 40 miss measured cuts in their work??I trusted them to know what they were doing and expected professional work!I bought and paid for top of the line high end (expensive siding ) at their recommendation, as told It was nicer and would hold up longer but… with all the short cuts taken , it seems to be a complete waste of money and material as it will ultimately have to be replaced as it is not sealed or done right! All these short cuts, will in time create water and element damage. And will have to be fixed by a Qualified Professional in the near future.I trusted them to leave my home safe, sealed and dry and they have left me with anything but that. I have lived in my home going on 13 years and it’s completely disheartening to have been taken advantage of and my home treated like this.I sit with 35 feet of raw wood exposure. Most of this exposure is near ground level and all left exposed to the weather and basically a welcoming mat for bugs and rodents to enter my home for the winter. So disappointed that My home has never been completed and I placed trust in the wrong place.I will have to have my siding removed as Intergrity left Multiple nails in my home from where the cedar siding was removed. These old nails are poking out like little ugly pimples all over my home, and will eventually pop through. (Some have already begun to poke through) All this just adding to another bit of damage place on my home by Intergrity’s lack of care! And another entrance point for moisture to seep in, As most would know how much damage water can create especially when in contact with wood! But they didn’t just leave nails behide they left pieces of cedar shingles as well creating bulging effect at base of my homes structure along with other eye sores.I have parts of my home patched together with caulking where ‘short cuts’ where made in the siding itself. Intergrity cut into my existing patio door frame with a sawsaw blade. Instead of mentioning it or fixing it themselves I had to call them out on it and make them aware of the damage. Just another display of there lack of care or consideration put into the job! (My home)My home also sits with gaps in my foundation where they framed around the holes with siding but couldn’t be bother to lower the starter strip a inch or to to actually do the job right or keep things safe. ( again, provided in previous photos, and ignored) all part of the incomplete job.I have one full outer wall, where water now runs down underneath the siding and completely Saturates the entire piece of plywood underneath. So disappointed! All of this left incomplete and all very well could have been preventable if the job was done right in the first place. This entire side will have to be fixed and replaced! And as seen in other previous photos sent, they didn’t even bother to attach the siding to the structure of my home!Just like the missing screws in my slide, my storm door, all entrance doors they couldn’t even be bothered to attach my eves drops back to my home correctly. (1) being held on by one lone screw and into the tail end pieces of the siding. It has already created a sail like environment in the wind and has started to detached the siding from my home. (2) second downspout was put on backwards and upside down, prior to Intergrity handling it was held by 6 screws and 3 straps now left dangling by two little screws threads.Neither the power box, cable/internet box, or water meter box where replaced on my home proper, they were each left dangling but same screw barley attached to even the skirt of the siding. I sent picture of all this! I ask how is this kind of workmanship taken place!?I truly hope speaking with the BBB helps in the prevention of further damage!Being a single person, a caregiver, trying to run a home on my own, well working a full time job and care for the needs of my pets all well having this ever lasting construction disaster linger on has become trying.Being taken advantage of and having my home put back together upside down and backwards , damaged and missing parts has been utterly disheartening.I truly hope my words and writing reach the right ears , and I appreciate BBB taking the time to read, listen and view.Business Response

She has made it clear that she believes our work is garbage.
She has also stated multiple times that we have yet to come back and “finish the job”. We have asked her several times when she would be available to do a walk around and she will not provide a day. (All messages have been sent to BBB via email)I would like to know why it’s taken almost 60 days for her to bring these issues up?
Why hasn’t she informed us of these issues outside of this complaint? After her first complaint to us 1.5 months ago we addressed her concerns (which she thanked us for.) but it wasn’t until we asked for the remaining payment that she unleashed a barrage of complaints. (1.5 months after we left.)
This is turning into a he said she said scenario.
We were going to order all the materials for the job originally (we would have ordered exactly what was ordered). Her brother works at H**** ******* and was going to use his discount to order materials. We agreed and told her what to order. I would rather have more materials than not enough.
We are not in anyway trying to take advantage of her.
If she had approached us calmly and asked us to do a walk around so she could point out the deficiencies we gladly would have done so.This was not the case rather complaints and accusations were thrown at us.
As for none of the windows being sealed. Every one of the windows have been flashed from the brick mold to the house wrap. The old windows were caulked as well. The new windows have a nailing flange that was caulked and taped. There is absolutely no benefit to caulking the J around the new windows in fact it’s just trapping moisture in.
She has thrown the 35’ of exposed wood at ground level. Every single house that is sided has exposed wood underneath. That is how the system works.
We would like to go to the house with a building inspector and have him do a third party review of the house.
They will give us a list of deficiencies that need to be taken care of.
Again I am putting it out there we are willing to meet to get this resolved the ball is in her court. Time and day.
