    I would give a -5 if I could. My husband **** bought running boards from this company and had them installed by them. He paid full price for new running boards only to notice a couple of months later they were rusted ones painted over. When he contacted Caps Plus they told him they said they would order new ones and let him know when they would be there and get them installed. He went today and they charged him $121.30 to install them cause they said only the part was covered by warranty yet they were the ones that sold a rusty part claiming they were new. They are selling faulty parts and charging customers labour to have them replaced. This company is the worse ever. They are only out to rip off customers. Very shady company. So much for being family owned.

    Caps Plus offers a 30 day warranty for all installs at Caps Plus. If these parts were found to be defective or any issue with the installation, within the 30 days, Caps Plus covers the cost of any labour incurred. The parts were not faulty when they were installed in November 2022. The part was found defective in May 2023. Rust formed on the steel steps during the months after the installation. The part was reported and found to be defective in May of 2023. Once again not faulty or defective the day of the install in November 2022.
