    Thank you I have purchased a few cars from E*** ***** ********* and recently my last purchase I had some issues and I had to use their service department it was the worst experience I have ever had with them they would never answer their phone and when I went in to service the issue with my vehicle they charged me $120 for the diagnostic and said nothing was wrong after I left my car went ballistic I could not use my vehicle for 2 weeks because it wouldn't even start I had to call ******** to get them to look at it I finally got it towed to ******** two weeks later and they did it diagnostic and found out exactly what was wrong so the should have been identified at c& a automotive. should have been able to give me the exact problem with my vehicle and they did not also I paid for full warranty which was never covered couldn't get a hold of them and had to pay an extra $900 after I've only owned the vehicle for 5 months like I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism and help do not use them for your car issues. Read the fine print of your warranty coverage.
