    I purchased ****** heat pump (3 heads on 1 Compressor) from Ready Refrigeration. Initially we were very pleased with the install and customer service. Then after approximately 2 years the System failed at the end of May 23. The Coil, Compressor and Main circuit board were replaced but not until the end of Aug 23 (3 Months to Repair). In September 23 the System was powered on and the Main circuit board has failed again. It should not take several weeks to get parts. Its now 31 Oct 23 and we are waiting for parts again. Calling the office has not rectified the problem and they have not provided updates on repairs. I have been patient and understanding however that has come to an end. Winter is at my front door and my heat pumps are not working. This has gone on for 6 months and is unacceptable. We are still paying for heat pumps that do not work.

    Thank you for reaching out again with your concerns. We do understand your frustration and apologize for the delays. Please know that the service department and our technicians have been working behind the scenes to get more info on the issues that you have been experiencing and are trying to expedite further service and parts to help get this system operating again.

    We have had some delays from the wholesaler which we have taken steps to go higher up the chain to help get results for you in this matter and we have made a tech available to come back and review things again as early as Monday (if that has not already been setup). We are going to monitor this very closely still and if we cannot get to the bottom of it, the service department will have a different solution for you before the weather starts to get colder. 

    Since our first service call on July 4th of this year, there had been no issues with your system from the day it was installed back in the summer of 2020 and we hope to get you back to that same level of trust and reliability with us and your Daikin heat pump equipment. 

    We will also ensure steady communication from the office if that has not been meeting your expectations. We know that sometimes the delays on parts and bad news on timing for repair is not always what a customer wants to hear, however we want to make sure you are kept in the loop and as we stated we have been working behind the scene trying to do everything we can on this matter, and we will do a better job of staying in touch with you during the process.
