    ** front loader wash machine
    we did not receive the machine-we were told it had to be checked out and we would get it within 7-10 days-after 7 days we were told within 2 weeks the part would be in and the part would need 3 hours to put on and we would receive the machine-still waiting-no word-been given phone numbers that do not exist-the only contact was by text to a person ***** who says she is not responsible and can give no information on who is-they send us to the 223 Wyse road Dartmouth location-no one is ever there to handle the situation-we are nervous and do not want a machine from them now-we have a 6 month warranty-yeah right-they cannot be trusted-we want a refund only -thanks for all you do..
    It was not resolved- we have not received it and do not want it or ever any service from them-over 100 bucks in gas running around to both places-..ridiculous-they been avoiding us-tired of dragging our wash-we are retired seniors-and in not the best of health....

    October 13,2023 I purchased a washer from Atlantic appliance wholesaler in sackville with the verbal insurance from ***** that the washer needed a quick repair and would be fixed and ready by the end of the week. That was the only reason I bought the washer I took ***** at her word. It is now November 24th and I still have no washer. I have been told lies and have been given the run around continuously and I have the messages with ***** to prove it. I don’t trust these people at all, all I want is my money back. I had my mother call her creditcard company to cancel what she was charged and they said they would. I paid $230 by debit. They have not for filled there end of the bargain at all. They have actually cost me more money to pay people for gas to go back and forth trying to catch the business open but I just want my money back. I don’t believe they will provide a working relabel washing machine to me I have absolutely no trust in the business at all.

    We bought a refrigerator from them. Within a month of having this refrigerator, we had to have the maintenance person come to our house and fix. We lost nearly an entire grocery order along with 15-20 ozs of Breastmilk for our son. the repair person said the first time was the fan circulating the cold air from freezer into the refrigerator ware out due to ice build up.
    Then a month later the same issue happened except this time there was no ice build up. When I went to call the place I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone. I went to the location twice before contacting the BBB.
