    Bought a car from this location with a busted bumper already on it, took quite sometime for this called "brand new bumper" to arrive. Once the bumper was installed, paint job was clearly done with a spray can and also had 2 scrapes on it. Admitted that "the bumper must of got bumped around in the shop"... Never suggesting to me that they would fix this issue. But there's more, they beyond scuffed up 2 hubcaps when the car went into their shop, I sent the general manager an email along with pictures, advising that they check the cameras, and of course no word or update from management. Mechanics put the hubcaps in my trunk so I wouldn't see the damage, wasn't until I got home that I saw all the marks.. My so called "new bumper" was not installed right during this appointment as there was missing clips and no anchor clips installed, bumper was popped out on the corner edges of either side. I sadly had to go in again to their location for this mistake to be fixed. Management said they would look at the poor paint job and look over my hubcaps as I was beyond furious at this point in this process. I was given my keys after the proper clips/anchors were installed on the bumper. I then asked the mechanic what was going to be done about my damaged hubcaps, poor paint job and scratches on the bumper. He explained he would be upset if this was his car and would for sure put a complaint in. By this time, management left without speaking with me, and told their mechanics to throw in a cheap set of after market hubcaps in my trunk. Thinking that this was going to fix all the issues that took place... With no other options, I left my number and name for the general manager to call me ASAP, have not heard a single word from their location. They got their big payout when I bought the car, so why go the extra length to keep their customers happy, and compensate customers who had their property damaged while in their shop, right? Plain pathetic!

    Purchased new tires from this company and had three flats in 4 months. After dealing with a flat tire for a third time I requested a new higher quality set and offered to pay the difference. They responded with a 30% discount and said they can't sell them for any less because they will lose money. So now I paid $900 for an average pair of tires, but hey at least they didn't lose money!!! Overall their response was quite lousy and I'm disgusted by this practice.

    Dropped my car off an a Friday afternoon to East Coast Financing's auto repair and listed what needed to be done. Muffler, headlight, tires checked, bodywork. The receptionist said it was a lot for 24 hours and I said no problem you can have it until Friday morning when I'll be in to pick it up because I'll need it. She was all happy, we must of had a deal because she took my keys, name, phone number and everyone parted best of friends. I never heard from them until I called Friday morning just before 11, they said it was ready to go except the bodywork. I got down there after 11 and they THEN told me the muffler wasn't fixed. I took the car because I HAD to go to work.
    Car breaks down minutes down the road and I'm stranded. Standed....as in can't do my job stranded.
    I call the receptionist and she says ....sorry. I told her that I really need help and that it IS an issue. She says sorry again passes me to the mechanic who YELLS at me and tells me I don't understand he's backed up and this is my fault. I guess I should have felt blessed he abused me so early in his schedule. At NO point offered me ANY solution or compensation.
    NONE.
    EVER.
    They probably should have been sued.
    Talked to the GM on Monday morning who I had a normal conversation with and he apologized then recommended a car company up the road to get repairs.
    After a week of thinking about this I came back to write this review.
    Consider yourself WARNED.

    I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during the process of purchasing a 2021 **** Escape and receiving a 2022 **** Escape from East Coast Financing. The entire experience has been marred by a series of unfulfilled promises, miscommunications, and a lack of accountability from the staff.
    From the initial assurance of the car being shipped on March 21st, to the prolonged delays, misinformation, and the ultimate inconvenience of having to wait 74 days to finalize the transfer of the vehicle, the entire process has been deeply frustrating and unprofessional.
    The lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism exhibited by the salesperson, and the general handling of the entire process has left me deeply disappointed. I would like to emphasize that this experience has been wholly unsatisfactory and has tarnished my perception of East Coast Financing.

    6 mths ago my family partner and daughter have all purchased vechicals through east coast first one **** escape somethings wrong with it contacted the dealer wasn't nothing major but wanted it looked at second vehicle my daughter got it was delivered with a nail in the tire it was our job to drive it 2 hrs away to get it fixed 3rd vehicle we'll Def should of learned my lesson by this point anything and everything that could go wrong with it has and still is the lady whom was my sales rep quit because of the dealing with the owner and what he does to his clients I habe called multiple times left messages called owners direct number no return I would not recommend this company ever to anyone ever again

    Bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu from this dealership in June this year. Found out 2 weeks ago that I was sold a car with a cracked and welded rim. That is unsafe and illegal. I have been calling for 2 weeks and being told their is a shipment coming and there hasn't been. My rim was suppose to be sent across again lastnight to Newfoundland and I cannot get any response from the dealer. I can't work without my car and the dealer seems to think that this is my problem. I just want my rim. I will not be going back to this dealership nor recommending it ever again.

    I bought a truck from the owner and was told my vehicle was gunna be fully reconditioned before I purchased it as it had 170000km on it. I was told that they would "cover me sideways" and after 2000km I was hearing noises from the suspension which their shop confirmed that there were issues with the suspension and the owner would not go good for the repair as the warranty I purchased through them didnt cover any of it. The first week i had the truck I had noise coming from the front tires when turning and found that someone had taken the wheel spacers off the truck and the control arm was cutting into the front tire as it was a lifted truck - it passed mvi inspection like that. My wife bought a vehicle the same time from them and within a week of her purchase the control arms they replaced before purchasing had 2 bolts come loose and her tire was shaking so bad we couldnt drive it. I also had the truck detailed before purchasing it and discoverd cocaine on my center console while my 2 year old son was in the truck with me. I don't recommend doing buisness here. Do your self a favor and go up the road to cars r us.

    This was my first experience buying a car, I imagined it being an exciting experience however it was the exact opposite. From the 7 am text messages and random texts during my work day asking me what was up and discussing absolutely nothing about the vehicle process to being just down right disrespected. When I had an issue I was sent to her manager AKA her roommate and you could hear the sales lady laughing and mocking me as I discussed my issues. They also did 15 credit checks which I was never informed of until I got an email about multiple inquiries on my credit report. Documents were altered with white out after I already signed them. After a huge run around and being refused to pick up my car for 2 days I finally go to get it and the temporary permit is only good for 1 day, which I made them change. they said it was detailed which is why I couldn't pick it up and the amount of hair and dirt that was under the seats was disgusting. The only time the disrespect stopped is when I informed them that the call was being recorded. I do still have a warranty with them so we shall see what happens, my review may change but for now I definitely do not recommend this place and if you need to choose them I do advise someone besides Katelyn or Natalia.
    Edited to say please check all paperwork if you do go with this company!!! My signature was forged on 2 documents including the actual credit application!!!
    Edited again as now I am being harassed by their ex employee ******* due to my review on ******. Texting and calling the number from my application with the company threatening to call the police if I don't remove what I wrote even after being told to stop contacting me, even going as far as sending me the definition of "slander" and "defamation of name". Overall if you want to avoid being harassed and avoid a major headache I would avoid this dealership and any dealership these women are associated with like the plague!!
