    In 2022 the Ptrap came off the tub in our trailer, Mr. ***** quoted approx. $11000. 00 to repair, we paid the insurance deductible and insurance issued us a check which we paid Mr. ***** with. They took the trailer for the winter and returned it approx, end of May first part of June. The trailer was not leveled properly and there was tape hanging where they cut the under lining. However this was not the main issue. One week into using the trailer in July, the ptrap came off and water flooded the underbelly again. I contacted Mr. ***** the 2nd week of July and he said he would repair although he did not know how it was his problem. I contacted him every week, he said he would have someone come look at it, finally the last week of September I had a repair man from the local RV dealer come to the trailer to repair the ptrap, He stated whomever did the repair did not put the support back under the ptrap, it was located underneath the other end of the tub. this resulted in the prtrap coming off and flooding the trailer again. I called Mr. ***** again, he assured me he would have someone come to the trailer the second week of September, never showed. We are out $11000.00 and our trailer is not repaired. I wanted the trailer repaired but now because of his negligence in service, I want a refund so we can have the trailer repaired properly.
