    My issue is with ***** *********. She is a reflexologist and holistic health care provider. I started seeing ***** in the spring of 2023 and was very happy with the service she provided me. I saw her regularly for a few months. On July 26th of 2023 I prepaid $600.00 for a package deal she was offering. I received one appointment, then I had some family and health issues and didn't book an appointment for about 3-4 months. When I reached out to set up an appointment she told me she had moved to a different community at the end of October. I told her I didn't want to travel to a different community then the one I had signed up for and would she please refund me the $500.00 I had already given her for sessions that I wasn't going to receive. She said she wouldn't refund me the money and that she was still looking for a spot to continue her services in Truro and she would let me know when she found one. I waited from Jan 2024 to the end of June 2024. I reached our ro see if she had found a spot in Truro to which she said that she hadn't. Upon hearing that I again asked her for my $500.00 back to which she again said no. She said that she had emailed her clients to let them know she was moving, I didn't get one from her. She said that I could either travel to New Glasgow or do a different service then what I bought and apeak to her online. I declined, I got in touch with you folks who suggested I make a formal complaint. I told her of my call to you, told her what you guys had said so she agreed to pay me $100.00 between the 20th and 30th for the next 5 months. I was supposed to get my first payment in July. Nothing was deposited so I reached out again. She is no longer responding to me. Now I hear she is trying to move to Mexico. I'm seeking help to resolve this issue. I tried to do it with kindness but I've gotten no where. Thank you for considering..... ****** *********
