    The only thing Health Walks Truro cares about is the money. I purchased Orthotics from these people 2 years ago ($400) and they have never fit properly. When I went to have them ajusted they charged me $200 and they still don't fit properly. By this point I was so fed up I didn't wear them at all. I contacted them recently, not in a good mood I might add, and they made an appointment for me. Unfortunately, for health reasons, I could not make the first appointment they gave me to have a reassement. So they gave me another appointment. I showed up on time, but unfortunately I forgot to bring the brand new Orthotics with me. I have a health condition that affects my memory. When I realized I had forgot them I asked them if I could quickly drive home to get them. The person in charge said because of this they would have to charge me if I made another appointment. I couldn't believe it. I walked out. I went home to get them and brought them to their location within 10 minutes. I said they were no good to me and left them there and walked out again extremly aggitated. They are very unprofessional and i wouldn't recommend this so called business to anyone. Like I said before all they want is your money. I just can't beleive it.

    Due to client confidentiality we can not give specifics about the medical
    in office interaction however, we do have his aggressive behaviour on our video surveillance and copious notes of his verbal abuse to our staff. ***** was warned about his behaviour. He told us he cancelled his same day appointment due to a family emergency, not his health issues as he notes above. His second appointment he arrived without the orthotics in question. This results in 2 appointment slots that could have been for someone on our waiting list in pain. He was therefore told he would not be seen under warranty again and would have to pay to be seen again. He returned and threw his orthotics in the clinic hitting the ceiling. ***** is not welcome in our clinic again as our staff feel intimidated by him.

    STAY AWAY. SAVE YOUR MONEY.
    My review on ******** got deleted and I’ve since been blocked. I think only guilty parties would do this. Incredibly unprofessional.
    I’m incredibly disappointed with my ‘service’. Getting charged $95 to walk down a hallway. Unbelievable.
    It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this ripped-off. This is inexcusable.
    Stay away. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

    We can not get in to details regarding this client's appointment with us for reasons of patient confidentiality. However this client's behaviour at our clinic was completely unacceptable and captured on our security camera. Our staff was intimidated by her and her parent who are no longer welcome on our premises. Our staff has been given permission to call the police to have her or any of her family removed from the premises if they return.
