    Had the catyletic converters replaced at this shop. I supplied the new converter This shop kept the old ones off the car knowing full well the value of the minerals inside. As well I paid to have the new ones put on so there would have been no core charge. The reason he didn't return them is because of the value of them these where original converters from the manufacturer worth a lot of money I either want the converters back rightfully mine of the amt there worth from a metal salvage yard

    I have offered this gentleman his old converter back on numerous occasions and even offered to deliver it to his residence as it is not in my city. He is making a mountain out of a molehill and will not deal with me directly. he has escalated a complaint with Midas senior management but hey have found no merit to his complaint.

    Our franchisee Ed Fahie has had email and telephone exchanges with this customer since July 7, 2024 without arriving at any reasonable solution.

    I contacted this customer by telephone this morning then I wrote him an email to let him know that he had been treated with all possible consideration and that our store was one of the most respected in the Maritimes and that I was going to close the incident.

    Since this morning, I have received 10 emails and more than 11 phone calls from this customer with threats of causing me to experience a storm like I have never seen.
