Terrible communication and ordering experience with the store management and sales personnel

Good Afternoon, Mr. Armstrong,
I am sincerely sorry that there was a delay in production and the estimated time of arrival went back a few weeks on your custom ordered chairs. I was able to review all of the correspondence between you and your sales associate, as well as your conversation with one of our store owners, that took place the end of last week. I understand these chairs are now out of production and are scheduled to be shipped before the end of the week. Although we like to update our customers the moment we become aware of any delays, unfortunately this was only found out at the time of your inquiry last week. Again, we are sincerely sorry for this delay, if you would prefer us to refund you your deposit and cancel your order, we can certainly do this.
