    Bought a brand new 22 CFMoto 800xc here. Now they have our money and want nothing to do with us it seems, we had to take the atv back for its first service (they say they have to do first for warranty) they BROKE our front plastics over the air box (the clips moulded in to them) off. And we have been down a few times. Called countless times and keep getting the run around. Nearly half a year still "waiting for parts" or no response. Few hundred dollars in DAMAGE to our atv when serviced by them... They are OCR also left the trans drain plug loose when servicing it. (Noticed it when getting ready to go out trail riding, GOOD THING!) or I would of had no transmission when plug fell out.... I want my plastic panels OCR broke when servicing the atv (less then 20 hours of use)

    Hello, I was made aware of this customers concerns on December 29th
    2022. At that time we were speaking with the customer and advised him
    that we were shipping the parts in question to him at no cost to him to
    resolve his concerns. It appears this complaint was put in before we
    spoke with him on the 29th of December so this customer was provided all
    the parts in question at no charge already.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 18603354, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

     

    I have received my parts finally. They have been made aware of the issue long before they claim as iv been down a few times and called repeatedly.
