    If I could give 0 stars I would. This business has a profit share opportunity I was interested in. I was in touch with one of the owners (******* Lays) regarding purchasing a ******. The original ****** ad was posted for $65,000. When I went to the site visit with ******* to see the ****** he informed me the price was now $75,000, he claimed the ad stated it started at $65,000 but it did not but I didn't take a screen shot. I was still willing to proceed so he sent me the contract documents which I reviewed and ultimately decided to proceed with the ****** purchase. I was going back and forth with the newly hired real-estate agent hired by ******* ****, ***** ****, he informed me that the price of the ****** has been increased again to $124,000! I was not willing to pay that since I was verbally quoted $75,000, he then offered me a mountain side chalet (original one was a lakeside ****** #7) for $89,900. I declined that offer as well and walked away.
