    This complaint is the result of several very negative customer interactions I’ve been forced to have with one of the owners.
    I say forced because in all 3 cases, this owner felt it was necessary to call me AT HOME.
    I have never, in my 72 years, been at the receiving end of this type of all- out verbal assault.
    These calls turn out to be the owner venting, complaining, falsely accusing me of badgering her staff and not allowing any rebuttal to anything she says.
    **** ****** ***** ************ **** ** **** **** ** *** *********** ********* *** ****** ********* *** ** ******* **** ********** ************ **** *** ********* ******* **** *** ****** ** **** * *****.
    This is the THIRD such instance.
    #2 was followed by what I assumed was a legit written apology which I graciously acknowledged and accepted.
    After the third incident, I now realize that said apology was lip service, nothing else.
    I now have to find an accredited service provider for my heat pump which is still under warranty and requires repairs.
    The owner told to call someone else whom she knows does not service the brand I bought from Winmill.
    She also said I should call ******* myself.
    This is the worst customer service experience I have received in my eight plus years living in Nova Scotia.

    This man has been verbally abusing our female staff and business for years now, If he was not getting the service, why did he call in three cases to have our services if in fact he was not happy with the first call or interaction. Each time in prior cases we did everything we could to help him. This time he verbally abused new female staff member . The review above is how he treated our staff. This is actually what we went through with him and you can see he is still verbally abusive with this review and google reviews. This is clearly a personal attack on the female owner . Our business will not tolerate any abuse or aggression by our customers. This customer has been sent a copy of our Zero Tolerance policy and this situation definitely fits into this category. This is slander and we will not tolerate this.
