    There is a character limit, so I put my full review in a public ****** document.
    In short, I'm not happy with my experience at River Ryan, I've been a customer with them before and it's usually a pleasant experience. I purchased two cords of wood from them in June, e transfered the money immediately and waited for almost 4 months. They initially said it would be the end of August, but after multiple calls from near the end of August until mid October they just kept telling me to be patient and kept making excuses and then telling me it would only be another week or two. I don't believe I was ever rude with them, frustrated but I never raised my voice or resorted to swearing or name calling but they became very irritated with me and I ended up having my money refunded.
    The whole experience was frustrating and awful and now I'm scrambling to find fuel for my main heat source very late in the year.
