    I went yesterday to have a windshield put in ..he put in my windshield and broke the trim on inside of my car..I called him after I noticed what he did .He never returned my call until this am claiming he didn't do it..I took pictures as soon as I seen it and called him. I paid 420 dollars to him to do this and now the inside of the trim is broken and the moisture is getting inside of the window.

    I received your complaint .The customer never called me until 8.00pm on July 30 in which I am closed.I contacted her the next morning .I told her I was aware of the damage but it was from a previous installation but she's insisted that it was me.She watched me remove the windshield and should have seen that it wasn't me that caused the damage. As far as moisture getting in its a interior trim and nothing to do with the windshield seal.I would gladly repair or replace if it was my fault but it wasn't.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    So..he's still denying damaging my vehicle..he did damage it ..I watched him yes from the outside the damage he did was inside while removing the old one with a power tool.

     

    Here is the picture of what my new windshield looks like everyday since I paid for it to be replaced .
