    Paid $5000 in the month of November 2022. Didn't get reply from them for multiple phone calls, emails and texts until yesterday after writing a review about their business. They told that they can't refund the amount until may 2023. Have some common friends scammed by this company. All of them got the same email yesterday.

    We are aware of this situation and have reached out to the claimant to apologize and offer a solution.  We  explained there was a series of events that led to the issue and our lack of communication. We offered two options in an effort to resolve the situation and make the client whole. 

    Option 1) Allow us to install your heat pumps in the second week of May 2023.

    Option 2) Is for a full refund of your deposit on May 19th 2023.

    We know these options are not favorable to the claimant, however we are trying to keep our business moving forward, our employees employed and at the same time do the right thing for the claimant.  Offering to resolve the situation sooner would most likely end up with another broken promise.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It has been three months, and now they want another 3 months to refund the amount. I'm paying interest for the amount borrowed and also paying more electricity bills than expected because they didn't install the heat pumps on time. More over I don'ttrust  this company about refund because they are e-mailing the same dates for installing or refunding the amount to everyone. I want the amount back in a week. This is not fair on any bussiness to dump the consumer and using their money for personal use. BBB have to help the consumers who are the victims for this kind of companies.

    Hi, I went to this company for heat pump installations while finding it registered here. But the company did not give the services after taking 7000 CAD advance from me. They are not picking my phone nor replying my emails. Last communication I had was on 31st January when I called by private number. They had stopped picking my calls in December onwards. Date of transaction - 27th July 2022, 29th July 2022, 2nd August 2022 Amount paid - 7000 CAD Business said that they will install the heat pumps on Oct 24,25,26. But did not do any work other than making a hole in apartment. I want refund of my money as services were not provided and business has stopped responding Business did not even thought of resolving my problem. Project Number - WBP-1086 Also, he did not give me complete invoice of 7000 CAD. But I have his messages and transaction details to prove it.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    They never fulfill their promises. Last time I had called them several times but did not pick my call or messages. Then I called them using my private number on 31st January and the owner picked my number. He said, that they are working on selling the heat pumps as soon as they find a buyer. I gave them two options - 1. issue me refund 2. At least give me the heat pumps and I can try getting them installed by another installer . 

    The owner said, they have a buyer who is ready to buy and would update me on 6th February. Then I never heard from him. If they were not getting buyers then they would have delivered the pumps to me. But they did not. Since, then they have not responded to my email, SMSs and calls.

     

    Now, I cannot trust them. They should issue me refund asap.

    Business needs sometime to pay the refund and asked for 2 to 3 weeks. I am OK to wait till 3 weeks. Will reach out to BBB if they fail to pay me.
