This complaint relates to the company not accepting return of unused product (mouldings). A total of 6 lengths of moldings were purchased on May 3, 2023. The project was completed using only 2 lengths. When I attempted to return the mouldings, on May 9, 2023, the counter clerk indicated that they donot accept returns of mouldings. A subsequent phone call with the manager produced the same result.
The companies position on returns was not communicated to me prior to purchase. If it had been communicated, I could have made a better informed decision regarding the purchase.

I am rejecting this response because: the position put forward, does not protect the interest of the consumer. It is heavily in favour of the business. They should give consideration to their clients.
