    We had reservations for two rooms for Sept 22-23/2024. However the rooms across the hall from the ones they were putting us up in were under construction. We were expected to carry our luggage past garbage bags filled with drywall and insulation. The girl at the front desk never bothered to inform us of this and after putting the charges on our credit cards, along with the security authorization charge we were then sent up a set of construction mess stairs and around the corner to find this mess. After refusing to stay in this establishment the desk girl did cancel the authorization charge but stated she could not reverse the room charges, it would have to come from head office. Myself and our friends from France would like a full refund on these charges, I would never recommend this motel to anyone.
