    Bought a brand new cf moto side by side out the door 16 thousand dollars and it has been in and out of the shop for repairs for over 8 months. The bike is a 2023 . 1st thing that went was a manufactured defect in the motor a nut came loose inside and got chewed up in the gears etc they replaced the motor then 2 weeks later starter went then 4 weeks later it was throwing liquids out and fluids leaking then back in to have it repaired got it out and 2 days later it jumped its timing we had enough went in spoke to manager at cabot said we want to trade it he came back and said he's not interested in a trade he doesn't want it. I said it's a brand new side by side that spent more time being repaired then at my house I called cf moto headquarters spoke to a lady in charge told her all this she told me it's up to cabot to make it right. Went back in to cabot they said here's a print out of what we will give you for a trade in 4000 for a 2023 bought brand new mind you for 16000 come on . What a slap in the face. Also we didn't get it back yet they called last week and said it's fixed come pick it up , my husband said take it for a drive 1st to make sure it doesn't break down again like the previous 4 times they said sure we will that was Thursday Oct 3rd and if it has no problems after we take it for a good drive we will call you to come pick it up
    ..well still didn't hear from them 5 days ago now. I wonder if they are broke down in the woods with it? Or come on you could have the decency to call the customer and give a update.. so sick of cabot motor sports do better for your customers it's not like we bought a used side by side ....or did we? Where is the lemon laws in ns.
