    I can’t thank Mechanical Flood Protection enough. I had a water problem in my basement and the existing sump pump could not keep up and water was coming in at other places in the floor nor was it a proper installation. A Mickey Mouse band aid on a serious issue. I met Jake at the Truro Home Show in 2024 and booked an assessment. He quickly came to our house and identified the issues and what was required. LET’S GET IT DONE! We now have a dry basement and a professional looking job. Tidy and clean. Jake is professional and caring. He understands what people are going through. He always returns calls and so easy to deal with. So glad to have met Jake at the Truro Home Show. We can go away on vacation now and not worry about the power going out or coming home to a flooded basement. Thank you Jake and crew. If anyone has a water problem in their basement call this man.
