      Representative from Envelopro was not very easy to deal with and at times even rude. I was quoted for my roof and I paid the 50% down and told they will do my roof beginning to middle of October and when they received my final deposit transfer, I was scheduled to late November. Also, I was told that the tarping of my bad roof would be done immediately after they received my full deposit.
      When I called the representative, he was rude and threatened to refund my deposit as I dared to question the ETA. They were supposed to tarp my bad roof up as soon as I paid the deposit, but they didn't do it until I reminded them 2 weeks after my full deposit was received. They only used 3 tarps ( 20 ea. max) and came back with an huge increase in our agreed roofing price which was equated to over 50% more than the original. Also tried to charge me over $ 800 to do this patch tarping. Trying to justify it with wrong measurement and that it is double roofed???? This is bad business practice. I asked them if this quote was accurate in the beginning and representative assured me it was and when asked if they coming out to measure the roof he said they didn't need to as this was all he needed and correct. When confronted he was rude and then later thought about it and offered me 50% off the tarping job. I could have got a better and faster roof replaced if I knew this up front. Just a company and service I will never use again! Worst experience ever!
