      I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. I have a pdf document that I would like to send to you to explain the nature of the complaint. I will endeavour to send the pdf as an attachment. If this is not the correct process, please reach out to me for further instructions. The informastion I have is critical in attempting to resolve this issue. I have spent approximately $20,000 to this company to do several major jobs on my new property and am offended with the company's lacklustre attitude towards it's paying customers who politely ask questions and then find themselves cut off from essential services (especially for seniors) without notice.

      We thank this customer for paying his invoices and allowing us to provide service to him.  **** tried to rectify one problem that the customer asked, but in the mean time got a request to leave that

      situation alone, which we did.  As it doesnt appear that we can satisfy this customer, we decided not to renew our maintenance contract with him.  This is our right.  Sometimes there are some

      customers and contractors that do not mesh well when working together, which is the case here.

      Also, one of our men contacted us to say that the wife of this customer was taking pictures of him while working at a residence next to this customer.  Not sure of the reason why, but he was not

      very pleased about this.  We had been asked to do some work for the neighbour, but due to the fact that this customer is very touchy about people being near his property, we have had to tell

      you that we cant provide the service to her.  Everyone enjoys their privacy, but when you are living in a development with duplexes, there is not going to be quite as much privacy.  We do not wish to continue with any further contact with this customer.

       I am rejecting this response because: If one reviews all information provided by myself and responses from Mr. **** ***** of Justaart Landscaping Services, it becomes quite obvious that there is no real substance to the response from this person (company).  They have directly refused to address my concerns and questions. It is not truthful that "**** tried to rectify one problem that the customer asked".  Where is the evidence of this misleading statement.  If there were any truth to their position, ask yourself, why wasn't there a response to my registered letter.  Mr. ***** is and has just been avioding answering the questions.

      Why won't Mr. ***** meet with me, because he knows that his story is not the truth of this relationship.

      As for "my wife" taking pictures;  this is  a fabricated story with no merits whatsoever.

      I reserve the right to go public with this complaint and seek further legal action.
