    This business invoiced me for an estimate on service. no service was provided as i chose another company to solve my issue as it was a more cost effective solution and was a better all around fix for my problem. Pettis invoice me ( invoice did not have a signature authorizing anything) for a person to come and give us a quote. when i called office i was assured that a site visit and a quote would not cost us anything as it was just a quote. 40 days later an invoice was generated, which i did not pay, and was subsequently sent to collection's. i did attempt to resolve with the collection's people without any compromise. now my credit may be effected due to this erroneous billing practice.
    the bill is for 132.00 which i could easily afford and at one point thought i should pay to rid myself of the hassle but this is just not right.
