    Very hard to communicate with, do not answer the phone or return calls, do not respond to emails and charged $200.00 for coming to the house for 20 minutes...and parts they were ordering were the wrong parts, said they could fix a microwave that even the microwave company says cannot be repaired, they don't stock replacement parts...this appliance company is a nightmare...tried to negotiat a settlement by email for 2 months but they just turned it over to collection, more set on ruining.credit than customer service.
