    I purchased all my stairing needs from scotia last oct and now its going on april. This has been an on going battle from most of treads been sent back because of staining issues. then we had problems with skirting being stained wrong colour. then our nosing was sent back to us the wrong stain colour. our hand railing had a flat spot from being sanded down, that should of been rounded. we are waiting for it to be replaced. over all we are not happy with the product. There still dings, marks and dark blotchy markings from stain. we just want money back at this point. i tried emailing ***** 2 weeks ago no reply. I had to email his sales rep email to get his attention. when i first but the product i was told two weeks, i called them in two weeks, well ***** said the order wasnt even sent out or there was not order number. ***** then called back saying he found the order with the check we sent in, that he would get on it right away< so theres a month gone. it was just one thing over another.
