    Watts Up Solar installed our system in July of 2019 and it was the best decision we have made for upgrades to our house. We are already in the black for our investment and they were nothing but professional and easy to get along with. I would ONLY recommend them for solar and no one else.

    Incredibly happy with the system and service by WhatsUp Solar, not only was it a flawless experience with most of the install being done when I wasn’t even home because M*** immediately earned my trust and came highly recommended. The system had been installed for a few years and has been working great. Only had to reach out to M*** once since install and that one time he was quick to reply and very helpful.     Watts up was recommended by a friend. Jackie and the whole team at Watts up have been professional and a pleasure to deal with. We now produce slightly more power than we consume, and have the minimal power bill possible. Now we've bought an electric vehicle and charge it for free. We are delighted with our choice.

    To put it simply, these guys are awesome! They installed solar panels and a whole-home battery backup system, which powers the house in the event of an outage without any service interruption that a generator would have. We have had several small outages from the grid since the installation and wouldn't have noticed if not for a message on my app. Sweeet. Everyone was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with.
    I am building a new home which will be completed next year and I look forward to working with this company again for a similar yet even more elaborate install. The electricians were super friendly and went above and beyond all expectations. ??
    The app gives precise details of where the power is going, including live status and history right back to the array's installation and status.
    Highly recommended.

    Watts Up Solar is the best company I've had the pleasure to work with. Their before, during and after sales and service are top notch! And their products are excellent. Their proactive monitoring of my system identified a problem with a couple of my micro inverters, Watts Up Solar called me to tell me about it and arrange a time for replacement. They arrived on time, did the job quickly and safely, and left leaving no trace that they were here (other than the system working perfectly again).

    If this company is looking for a salesperson, its me! After many hours of research, phone calls and competitive quotes. It was one thing that J**** R***** said that closed the deal, "we won't sell you a system that won't perform the way it needs to in order to justify the cost. Behind those trees you'll only get 60% efficiency. We won't do it. Its unethical."
    After all the multiple contacts by sales outfits that are currently getting in on the trend of solar power generation, who sell you things you don't need, and then offer mid-quality products because they bought a shipment of them and need to unload them, Watts Up is by far a quality company.
    They had newer and better product come in than they had quoted and because it was better we needed fewer panels so they dropped the price.
    And...have I mentioned the installation teams yet? The crew who put up the racking, the crew who put on the panels and the fabulous electrician M*** who wrapped it all up in a nice bow were fabulous to work with. Even when we messed up the install, they fixed our mess.
    You won't find a better quality company. And they are based right here in the Annapolis Valley. Who knew we had such a great team right here. If you are interested in installing solar, they are the first and last place to look. If they are hiring, give them my number!
