    After obtaining 8 quotes I decided to go with WattsUp. From start to finish, they answered all my questions in detail and were incredibly honest. They then did an excellent job with the install. They showed up on time, kept me informed at every step and did an impeccable job. I would recommend them to anyone considering going solar.

    The solar installation process took a bit longer than anticipated. However, the WattsUp Solar team consistently provided excellent communication and kept me informed throughout.
    The system performs flawlessly and I'm confident I made the best investment, even if it wasn't the cheapest. WattsUp Solar equipped my home with cutting-edge technology, maximizing energy production.
    I extensively researched several reputable companies before choosing WattsUp Solar. Their expertise and commitment to quality were unmatched. The team was incredibly patient and addressed all my questions thoroughly.
    I strongly advise researching thoroughly before selecting a solar installer. Avoid impulsive decisions based on unsolicited door-to-door offers. Pricing and quality vary significantly between companies.
    If thorough research isn't your forte, WattsUp Solar is an excellent choice. Their post-installation support provides peace of mind. Some companies may not offer the same level of reliability after the sale.

    System installed:
    12.15Kw DC 27 BS-120M Panels and IQ8A Inverters 13.5 kWh batteries
    Short statement:
    Highly recommended and encourage anybody in Annapolis valley to look at Tom and his team when considering Solar. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.
    Long statement:
    Tom was accessible, sometimes at short notice, and responsive to questions and concerns. We decided to go with Watts Up Solar after acquiring four proposals, and theirs was the most responsive to our needs and was on par for cost. We made the strategic decision to source our system from none-Asian markets to reduce the possibility of international chaos interfering with our system. So panels are German and controls and batteries are American.
    Our system is a little different than the standard system as we have 13.5 kWh of battery storage. This means that in the event of a power failure we have instantaneous switching. The batteries also provide power after the sun sets. Batteries can be set to stop supplying at a preferred percentage, or fully charged in anticipation of a storm.

    We have had our system since 2019 and continue to be delighted by our electric bill, and our low impact energy usage. The system has been trouble free since it was installed. The one time we did have a minor issue with not being able to see our information on the ********* site, **** guided me through the set up and had us up and running in a few minutes. We can't say enough good things about ****.
    We have recovered well over 1/2 of our original cost in the first 5 years. And with the price of electricity going up we are going to beat our estimated return on our investment.
    For the most part we do not even notice they're up top, except when the electric bill comes due, then we remember what a great investment it was. We like to brag ?? how nice it is to receive a $20.00 electric bill and we own a hot tub!
    Bottom line, **** and his team were extremely professional, and did a great job with high quality materials.
    Our only question is why doesn't every home in Nova Scotia with southern exposure have the benefit of these solar panels?

    We had Watts Up install our solar system 2 years ago and from planning to installation to when the system was fully operational, the staff were experts in every way. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and efficient were all qualities of their staff. Our system has worked perfectly from the day it was turned on and we continue to produce an excess of power needed to run our home. I would highly recommend this company and give them a 5+ rating if that were possible. Thank you Watts Up.

    They were awesome! Great smooth experience with installing my solar panels, and they really were helpful understanding the process and how it all works (from energy stuff to assisting with some incentive programs). And the work was done well and quickly! Highly recommend!
