    I placed an order to have 20 new Atlantic windows manufactured and installed from Kent Building Supplies Yarmouth Nova Scotia Canada in my Apartment location in ***** as well as my Home and Garage located in ****** ***** Nova Scotia Canada. All these windows where installed and I noticed that all the window Screens where half length screens and not full length window screens as I was expecting. I informed **** and **** ********* from Kent and they apologized that they failed to mention which window screen size I would prefer during the ordering process and told me that Kent was prepared to pay 50% of the cost to have full window screens manufactured and installed to replace the half size window screens. I am very upset why I should now have to bear additional costs for Kent failing to mention the screen size options during the ordering process. My old windows had full length window screens and I was expecting my new windows to have full window screens. Nobody from Kent informed me that there was an option in screen size. I need BBB to assist me in having the actual full length window screens manufactured and installed at no additional cost to me. I refuse to pay any additional costs for Kent Building Supplies error and failure to mention window screen size options during there ordering process. Your urgent assistance in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    My apologies for the delay in responding.

    I have reviewed the file on Mr. *******, I have also reached out to some of my counterparts and although industry standard is that double hung windows come with half a screen, no one was even aware that full screens were an option. Having said that based on the fact that Mr. ********* original windows had full screens(which I was not aware of) I am willing to cover the cost of the full screens for him.

    I hope this will resolve this issue with Mr. *******
